Working and creating as an ensemble is the foundation for all long form improvisation. A perfect class for beginners and experienced improvisers to develop skills for group mind and honing skills on actively listening and responding and organically building characters.

In seven weeks, this class will explore many different ways to approach character with a focus on becoming more aware of your choices. Learn how taking care of yourself can not only free you up to play but can be the best thing you do for your scene partner.

This course examines the core of all improv comedy shows - The Two Person Scene. In this scene work class, players will be challenged to become aware of scene dynamics, form relationships and make strong, simple choices to guide your characters.

This course continues in the exploration of scenework, discussing longer scenes, scenes with more than two people, and pushing further into the depths of commitment, listening, and heightening. Find and explore game in your scenes and gain confidence in improv.

This course takes students through an understanding of one of improv's finest and best known forms: The Harold. Learn the basics of how to perform organic openings, and create scenes that repeat through multiple beats. Come to understand the basics, or to sharpen your skills.

Yes, Queen: A Class for Women – ele1 – $129    (16 Spots – Prerequisite: imp201)

This 4 week class will focus on playing from your deeper self, reacting from your core, and following what you know to be true as a woman in the world. Students will be pushed to stand out in a group, make strong choices, and take charge of their own destiny in scenes. Big risk taking in class will give students skills to apply to their ongoing improv work.

This class is open to anyone who has completed Endgames Level 201 and identifies as female.

Sketch Classes

Sketch Writing – ske101 – $249    (14 Spots – Prerequisite: None)

The Endgames Improv Sketch Writing Workshop is the perfect place to get an introduction to sketch writing, and a great place for those who already know something about the form to practice their skills. This course will not only help you flesh out and punch up your sketch ideas, but also push you to learn different styles. In seven weeks, we'll cover political sketches, blackouts, commercial parody, and techniques for writing for shows such as Saturday Night Live. By the final class, you will have a solid beginning for a professional comedy writing portfolio.
