Artistic Director

Endgames needs people to help us schedule our shows. Balancing two theaters, three stages, and five nights a week of comedy is no small feat. Our Artistic Direction team helps to decide what shows are doing well, what shows need help, and who are the fresh new faces we need to put on the stage. If you enjoy watching shows, helping new improvisers and teams find their footing, and organizing calendars with fun events, this is the role for you.

Shows at Endgames are a team effort, but Artistic Directors are the ones who decide which ones happen. Endgames is a community at its heart. We come to entertain and to put in good work, but we also come to be with our friends, have fun, and make something we’re passionate about. Our mission is to put on the best improv comedy in San Francisco, and we think we’re doing pretty good at that. If this sounds like something you want to be a part of, and earn some money at the same time, being an Artistic Director might be just right for you.
