privacy policy

Protecting your privacy and personal information is important to us. We keep things simple and guilt free.

Information we gather or store

We strive to ask for the minimum amount of information. This consists of three categories:

  • Payment information: We use PayPal to gather and process payments. We will soon be switching to Authorize.net. These vendors have requirements in order to authorize and charge credit cards. This includes name, address, and credit card/bank  information. We do not store your payment information in our database.
  • Contact information: We ask for first and last name, phone number, and email address. We store this information in our system to provide high level customer service.
  • Cookies/Tracking: We use Google Analytics to track website and marketing behavior.  This data is stored by Google.

Using your data

Data that is stored is used to keep in touch with you about the immediate service you purchased. We will send email reminders, notifications, changes, and feedback questionnaires. These are all automatic emails and cease once the entire service is complete.

We will also send a reminder about the next service in the series (ex. level 401 after taking level 301). This is an automatic one-time email.

New email addresses will be added to our mailing list. We follow CAN-SPAM laws. You will always be able to opt-out using the ‘unsubscribe’ feature at the bottom of the email. Our mailing lists are managed by MailChimp.

Phone numbers are collected as part of the customer service process. We only call you if we aren’t hearing back from you on email.

Third-party information

No. Nope. Never. We don’t sell or give your info to anyone.
